Until further confirmation, the acronym above should be interpreted as "Sweet Ol' Boss"...

Have been receiving calls from the public that Cairo Superintendent of Schools Leotis D. Swopes took to the airways today in his monthly WKRO spot.

Apparently, the S.O.B. stated something along the lines of...

"I don't mean to bash Cairo teachers, but..."

Better yet, ask folks that are able to listen to the radio at 10:45 a.m. on a school day what your S.O.B. had to say about you...when you were otherwise occupied...caring for the children of Cairo School District Number One.
