CAIRO'S GOT TALENT!

As I sit here and type, I'm listening to the the latest proof...

My copy of Christopher Jackson's first solo album "In The Name Of Love" arrived in the mail today.

It was worth the wait!

Below are a few scans of the album material...

On a personal note...

Often CDs and DVDs advertise "Bonus Material". Well, there were no videos or "outtakes", but there were a couple of pleasant bonuses for me.

Among the many "Thank You's", Chris gives a "shout out" to my Sister-in-Law, Rachel Jones. They have kept in touch over the years, hooking up in the "big city" when their busy schedules allowed. Actually, the acknowledgment of Rachel was probably Pure-D self-defense on Mr. Jackson's part. He probably knew that Rachel would have kicked his butt if he hadn't. So, when I saw her name, I smiled a knowing smile.

However, when my eyes moved on to the next paragraph...the dedications, well, I was totally blind-sided...

Thank You, Chris...

On julieanewell.com, I have related that the epitaph that Rachel and I chose for Julie's headstone was the song title "I Hope You Dance"...because it captured so perfectly the way that Julie led her life, always doing, always "dancing", never sitting out whatever life had to offer. (Health problems that would have totally incapacitated most mortals did not stop Julie A. Newell from traveling to New York City to see "her" Chris star on Broadway in "The Lion King"!)

So...

Folks!

Let me tell you...

I don't have to look to the skies...I don't need to look for "a sign"...I know the order of the day from the Archangel Julie!

Obtain a copy of the HOT debut solo CD by Cairo's own Christopher "Chris" Jackson - In The Name Of Love. Pop that sucker into your CD player or download it onto your MP3 player or iPod.

Get up on your feet and...

DANCE, DANCE, DANCE!!!
