The Cairo Board of Education held its Regular Meeting on Thursday, December 19, 2019, at 6 p.m.

CAT President's Report:
Members present: Stubblefield, Coleman, Moore, Gooden, and McAllister.
Moore conducted the meeting in the absence of BOE President Nelson.
Baysinger Architects made a presentation about the new outlook for the outside of Cairo Junior/Senior High School.
Items (3) and (4) under "5. Informational" were not discussed.
The BOE voted to enter Closed Session 6:30 p.m. The BOE voted to exit Closed Session at 7:35 p.m. (Nelson and Harris arrived during Closed Session.)
Under "7. Requiring Action/Decisions by Board of Education": Items 1-4 approved. Item 5 tabled. Items 6-12 approved.
The BOE voted to adjourn at 7:45 p.m.
