Cairo School District Superintendent Patrick Rice sent the following e-mail to District staff members. Since it mentions community stakeholders being invited/encouraged to participate, I thought those not enrolled in "school reach" might also like to know...
As a FYI, we now have a Facebook Business Page (see below). Our page will compliment school reach and our website. More importantly, we anticipate the community watching live sporting games via our FaceBook page instead of our website page. However, we will place a link on our website for community stakeholders to watch sporting events. Even more exciting, the community can watch our girls volleyball game live this evening by visiting our website and/or FaceBook page.
Please keep in mind we will monitor comments posted on our Face Book page for any inappropriate comments and will delete inappropriate comments as well as block users if necessary.
