CAT President's Report:

Called to order at 6:00 p.m.

Members present: Stubblefield, Moore, Coleman, Nelson, Harris, Tarver, McAllister. Finance Director Blake was also present. Superintendent Rice arrived at 6:40 p.m.

#2 No Examples of Excellence.

#3 John Windings from Shawnee Community College Board of Trustees. SCC wants to reach out to high schools to help where they can. Julian Howard came as a parent to speak to the board. He is very frustrated about the way the COVID is being handled. He also requested a copy of the E-learning plan.

#4 Approved.

#5 Nothing specific.

Principal Ronna made a report on the CES School Improvement plan and MAP Testing.

The BOE voted to enter closed session at 7:10 p.m.

The BOE voted to exit closed session at 9:35 p.m.

The BOE voted to accept the RETIREMENT (agenda said resignation) of Angela Coleman as 3rd grade teacher as of January 15, 2022.

The BOE voted to approve the hiring of Romello Orr as the Jr/Sr Class sponsor.

The BOE voted to adjourn at 9:45 p.m.
