CAT President's Report:

Called to order at 6:01 p.m.

Members present: Coleman, McAllister, Stubblefield, Tarver, Moore, and Nelson. Finance Director Blake and Superintendent Rice were also present.

No examples of excellence.

Artie Mcbride addressed the board asking if the district would be interested in conducting a vaccination clinic. She said that she would be able to set it up. She represents the Alexander-Pulaski branch of the NAACP.

(1) Mrs. Zachara Nelson gave a building report on testing and swiss data. The school improvement plan was also discussed.

(2-5) The superintendent gave a brief report.

The BOE voted to enter closed session at 6:30 p.m.

The BOE voted to exit closed session at 9:15 p.m.

Voted to approve all items under #7.

The BOE voted to adjourn at 9:20 p.m.
