The CAT President's Report:
Called to order at 6:00 p.m. (The meeting was conducted by "Zoom".)
Members present: Coleman, Nelson, Tarver, Stubblefield, McAllister, and Moore. Superintendent Rice recorded the minutes.
Approved agenda for Special Board meeting.
#4 (1) Discussion of ESSR 3 funds - approved to build a multi-purpose building. Short discussion was held.
Skipped #2.
#3 Added scanner to list of items to be donated.
The BOE voted to enter closed session at 6:25 p.m.
The BOE voted to exit closed session at 6:48 p.m.
The BOE voted to approve both Items 1 and 2. (Resolutions were read by President Nelson before board approval.)
The BOE voted to adjourn at 7:00 p.m.
