The Cairo Board of Education held a Regular Meeting on Thursday, October 20th, at 6 p.m.

De De O'Shea was not present during the open session due to the fact that Parent-Teacher Conferences didn't conclude until 6:30 p.m.
Those who were present told President O'Shea that all board members were present along with Dr. Ferrell. The agenda was followed as printed through Item #6. The BOE entered Closed Session at 6:40 p.m.
The BOE exited Closed Session at 9:45 p.m.
The BOE voted to approve Items #8. (1)-(5).
The BOE voted to adjourn at 9:50 p.m.
