The Cairo Board of Education will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, November 3rd, at 5:30 p.m.
The notice and agenda are below...

We can now assume (that dangerous ass-u-me word) that the Cairo Board of Education when they emerge from "Executive Session" will either adjourn or they will "address" (i.e. vote) only on items covered under "5. Closed Session".
The purpose of an agenda to a public meeting is to inform the public of what is to be discussed and/or acted upon so that interested members of the public can attend said meeting and voice their opinion on such matters before they are voted upon. To do otherwise would violate the law governing such meetings, i.e. the Open Meetings Act.
