The Cairo Board of Education held a Regular Meeting on Thursday, April 20th, at 6 p.m.

The CAT President's Report:
Called to order at 6:00 p.m.
Members present: Coleman, Stubblefield, McAllister, Nelson, Tarver, Harris, and Taylor. Also present were Superintendent Ferrell and Secretary Beagle.
Examples of excellence: CES and Cairo Jr/Sr. High school gave Jr. Pilots and Pilots of the month.
Item 3. No one spoke.
Item 4. Approved.
Item 5. The Superintendent gave a brief report on each item.
The BOE voted to enter closed session at 6:16 p.m.
The BOE voted to exit closed session at 10:00 p.m.
Action taken:
- Skipped items 1 & 2.
- Approved items 3-9.
- Tabled item 10.
- Approved items 11-16. (Item 12 was not mentioned.)
The BOE voted to adjourn at 10:10 p.m.
