CAT President's Report:

Called to order at 6:00 p.m.

Members present: Stubblefield, Taylor, Tarver, Coleman, Nelson, and McAllister. Also present: Superintendent Ronald Ferrell and Secretary Kimberly Thomas (formerly Beagle.)

Meetings are now two times a month - first and third Thursday of the month.

Item 5. Maria Watkins spoke about her partnership and why it was tabled. She was asked to go into closed session. Phillip Matthews questioned his FOIA request.

The BOE voted to enter closed session at 6:40 p.m.
