Univ. of Illinois visits Cairo Port Project site, hopes it can help fight food insecurity

Several tons of gravel have been dumped and spread in the former parking lot next to Sycamore/U.S. 51. The gravel is in the area formerly and mysteriously marked off with 4x4 posts, far removed from the vacated SUBWAY building.

Don't know if that activity is related to this story since the 4x4 posts were installed and abandoned to weeds years ago, but...
