CAT President's Report:

Called to order at 6:00 p.m.

Members present: Nelson, Howard, Stubblefield, Tarver, Matthews. Secretary Cross and Superintendent Ferrell were also present. (Coleman arrived at 7 p.m.)

Item 2 - None.

Item 3 - Southern Bank made a presentation about Pledge Securities. Josh Joyner and Amy Farrow represented the bank.

Item 4 - Approved.

Item 5 - Brief discussion of each item.

Item 6 - Discussion of each item. (Item 2 - Closed bidding on the gray F150 truck and red Dr. Ed. Van will be held during the month of February.)

The BOE voted to enter closed session at 8:00 p.m.

The BOE voted to exit closed session at approximately 11:15 p.m.

The BOE voted to approve all items under "8. Requiring Action/Decisions by Board of Education."

The BOE voted to adjourn at 11:22 p.m.
