CAT President's Report:

(De De O'Shea had to attend Parent-Teacher conferences from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m., so was not in attendance for the open session at the beginning of tonight's meeting. What follows is what transpired after the BOE exited closed session.)

Members present: Nelson, Coleman, Taylor, Tarver, Matthews, and Howard. Financial Officer Rashata and Superintendent Ferrell were also present.

The BOE voted to exit closed session at 10:20 p.m.

Tabled items 1,3,4,5, and 6.

Item 2 is pending agreement on MOU. (Memorandum of Understanding)

The BOE voted to adjourn at 10:30 p.m.

CAT has not been provided the tentative minutes for the September 21st or the October 5th BOE meetings. I even went the the District's website, but they have not posted minutes since April. If they are ever provided, they will be posted.
