CAT President's Report:

Called to order at 6:00 p.m.

Members present: Coleman, Howard, Stubblefield, Matthews, Taylor, Tarver, and Nelson. Secretary Cross and Superintendent Ferrell were also present.

Examples of excellence were given for the trait of "generosity". The Superintendent read the names of both CES students, as well as CJHS/CHS students.

#3 Maria Watkins addressed the board about prom since she is the sponsor.

#4 Approved.

#5 A short discussion was given on each topic.

#6 President Nelson read over each item on the proposed policy updates.

The BOE voted to enter closed session at 7:15 p.m.

The BOE voted to exit closed sessionat 9:15 p.m.

Skipped Items 1 and 2.

Approved Items 3 - 6.

The BOE voted to adjourn at 9:30 p.m.

To read the unofficial or official minutes of any Special or Regular Meetings since October 5th...

...well, take Bob Dylan's advice and go "knock, knock, knocking on Heaven's door."

The BOE doesn't put them in the CAT's packet anymore AND doesn't bother posting them on their website.
