Called to order at 6:00.
Members present: Howard, Coleman, Nelson, Taylor, Tarver, and Matthews. Also present are Secretary Cross and Superintendent Ferrell.

$3 April Moore addressed the board representing Shawnee College extension programs. She encouraged the district to support these programs.
