CAT President's Report:

Called to order at 6 p.m.

Members present: Stubblefield, Coleman, Nelson, Howard, Taylor, Tarver, and Matthews. Secretary Cross was also present. Superintendent Ferrell was not present.

Maria Watkins addressed the board concerning prom. It has been scheduled for May 4, 2024. She said that she needs donations.

Some of the senior students addressed the board about the curriculum. They feel it's lacking, very old, and that they are not prepared for college.

Consent agenda approved.

The BOE voted to enter closed session at 6:07 p.m.

The BOE voted to exit closed session at 11:17 p.m.

No action taken. Item 3 tabled.
