CAT President's Report:

Called to order at 6:00 p.m.

Members present: Stubblefield, Tarver, Nelson, Matthews, Coleman, Howard, and Taylor (by phone.) Secretary Cross and Superintendent Ferrell were also present.

Item 2: both principals gave awards.

Item 3: Maria Watkins gave a report on prom, which is scheduled for May 4.

Item 4: Approved.

Item 5: Short discussion of each item.

Item 6: Report given by board members on committees.

The BOE voted to enter closed session at 7:40 p.m.

The BOE voted to exit closed session at 10:35 p.m.

Approved Items 2-15.

The BOE voted to adjourn at 10:45 p.m.

Note: item 6 should read 2nd grade teacher not 5th.
