CAT President's Report:

Call to order: 6 p.m.

Members present: Stubblefield, Taylor, Coleman, Matthews, Tarver, Nelson, and Howard. Dr. Ferrell was also present. Secretary Cross came in later.

Item 2 and 3: No comments.

Item 4: Approved.

Item 5: A brief discussion of each item.

Item 6: Committees gave a brief report.

The BOE voted to enter closed session at 7:00 p.m.
