CAT President's Report:

Call to order: 6 p.m.

Members present: Coleman, Taylor, Stubblefield, Tarver, Howard, and Matthews. Secretary Cross was also present.

No one requested to address the BOE.

There was no closed session.

Tim Buss, a consultant with IASB, reported to the Board on the CSD superintendent search. (See below.)

The BOE voted to adjourn at 7:30 p.m.
