Called to order at 6:00 p.m.
Members present: Coleman, Stubblefield, Taylor, Nelson, Matthews, and Howard (on zoom.) Secretary Cross was also present.
Item 2: James Gibson addressed the board about a previous issue of reimbursement.
The BOE voted to enter closed session at 6:05 p.m.
When the BOE exited closed session, they voted to approve Items #4-6. (The teacher resignation was Tena Harrell.)
The BOE voted to adjourn at approximately 9:30 p.m.
