Called to order at 6:00 p.m.

Members present: Howard, Stubblefield, Matthews, Taylor, Nelson, and Tarver. Also present were Cross and Superintendent Ferrell.

#2 CJSHS and CES principals gave names of Pilots of the month.

#3 Ryan O'Shea presented proposal concerning insurance.

#2 Hired Delbert Irish as CES night custodian.

#4 Accepted Gregory Harris' resignation as Jr. High Girls Assistant Basketball Coach.

#6 Hired Rachel Harrell as EPI Parent Educator.

#7 Accepted Donna Brown's resignation as CJSHS Paraprofessional.
