Called to order at 6:00.
Members present: Tarver, Stubblefield, Coleman, Nelson, Taylor, Mattews, and Howard. Also present was Secretary Cross.

Item 3 - First read of policy updates.
Went into closed session at 6:05 p.m.
Out of closed session at 8:55 p.m.
Item 6 - Approved the MOU with CAT.
Item 7 - Approved the resignation of the BOE recording secretary effective July 19, 2024.
Item 9 - Approved Dr. Ferrell as short term interim superintendent.
Item 10 - Approved administrative contract for CJSHS Dean of Students.
