Called to order at 6:00 p.m.
Members present: Coleman, Taylor, Nelson, Tarver, Stubblefield, Matthews, and Howard. Also present were Secretary Cross and Interim Superintendent Ferrell.
Item 2 - None.
Item 3 - Maria Watkins questioned the amount of rental fees for the building.
Item 4 - Short discussion.

Item 6 - Discussion of each item.
Item 7 - Discussion.
The BOE voted to enter closed session at 9:25 p.m.
When the BOE exited closed session, they took the following actions:
