CAT President's Report:

Called to order at 6:00 p.m.

Members present: Nelson, Matthews, Taylor, Stubblefield (by phone), Howard, and Tarver.

Item 2 - None.

Item 3 - BOE Member Brittany Matthews asked about the Athletic Director and Assistant AD positions. After a discussion that included CAT President De De O'Shea, Member Matthews said that the BOE needed to meet with CAT about the percentages for Athletic and non-athletic sponsors. President O'Shea emphasized that the non-athletic sponsors should be given a raise in percentage also. Finally, Member Matthews said that limiting the time of board meetings needed to be discussed.

The BOE voted to enter closed session at 6:35 p.m.

The BOE voted to exit closed session at 10:35 p.m.
