CAT Tracks for July 18, 2026 NEW MURAL ON LEVEE WALL

Actually, I do not know when this new mural was done...

...or even if it was officially sanctioned.

Noticed it and took pictures yesterday on a drive to 8th street to check on the river level. We've had a lot of rain this month, but the Ohio River is still low. Launching a boat would be problematic, though, due to the drift wood blocking the ramp.
