CAIRO HIGH SCHOOL
CHS 1995 EGYPTI...HELLOS AND GOODBYES

Speaking of retaliation...

...and ranting.

Below is another page from the CHS 1995 Egypti:

The tip of the iceberg...

Three "goodbyes"?

As you saw in the list on the main page, there were 14 "departures"!

Maybe it was a case of semantics...

...retirements are happy occasions, good times, fond farewells to/by Lynn, Kathy, and Joe.

Three people had reason to be happy, to celebrate.

As for the others...

...not so much!

  • "Normal Turnover?" It's a free country...people come and go every year for a variety of personal reasons...having nothing to do with Cairo School District Number One.

  • "Collateral Damage?" Innocent victims of a 24-day conflict, refugees fleeing a war zone, professionals who decided to take their talents elsewhere instead of plying them where they weren't appreciated?

  • "You're Fired!" - Yeah, it happens!

  • "Involuntary Transfers?" Employees in the wrong place at the wrong time, forced to change job locations as the District gods tried to remake Cairo High School in their own image?

  • "Retaliation." Good riddance...Don't let the door hit you where the good Lord split you!
