Now, a little history lesson...
Notice the "union shirts" worn by most of the members in the picture below. THAT...young CATs...explains why our web page is published in yellow. The original "CAT Colors" were yellow and black. In later years, we reverted to the traditional "blue and white" for strike garb...probably because whoever got the shirts printed DID NOT KNOW THEIR HISTORY!
Incidentally, (since you can't read it from the picture) the shirt says "Want To And You Can" and "C.A.T.", with the "unified logo" in the center.
(I actually still have one of those shirts. Don't ask me to model it...it evidently shrunk through years of storage. However, it will be prominently displayed in my Presidential Library...when/if the time ever comes!)
Ahhh...so that's where that "Want To And You Can" banner at the top of the CAT homepage comes from...
Now...for the $64,000 QUESTION (oops...showing my age!)...Who wants to be a millionare?
***Why "yellow"?
ANSWER: I don't have a clue! (Don't you just hate it when people do that...ask you trivia questions...and don't have the answers!
Alas...it is true. To find out "why yellow", you will have to find and ask an older CAT than I...
