The Robbins et al (James Gibson) branch of "Robbers All" took a hit last month...only garnering $1,736.25:
However, have no fear...the Tueth et al (Negotiations) branch rose to the occasion...collecting $9,277.52:
In a way...
...Ya gotta admire these guys.
One helluva tag team!
Another $11,000 of "education dollars"...denied to the students of Cairo School District Number One.
And...
...as I indicated in my "editorializing to heighten emotion" BOE Meeting Minutes, the District's architects have entered the ring, collecting their own $12,000 and advising the Cairo BOE to seek legal counsel to "play" a change in Illinois construction legislation.
WOW...
As if "Robbers All" needed help in the fleecing of Cairo School District Number One. I mean...it's not like the Cairo BOE and/or FOP need encouragement to throw away education dollars (that they claim they never have!)
All the lawyers (and now architects) have to do is walk up, hold out their open palm, and say "Gimme". To such "requests", Cairo School District Officials have only been known to ask one question...
"How Much?"
