CAT Tracks for July 30, 2009 CAT TO THE RESCUE

Well, there is one CAT member who evidently has more free time than yours truly!

I will vouch that this is one "well trained" CAT...one who took my "ass-u-me" advice to heart!

This curious CAT member was exploring the highways and byways (wandering the alleys?) of cyberspace and stumbled (but landed squarely on all twos) at the website of the Cairo School District Number One Financial Oversight Panel.

Rather than to "ass-u-me" that I knew all about it, this fine feline sent me an e-mail informing me of the find.

So...

Coming on the end of July...

Having read a multitude of books and educational periodicals, having attended professional development activities galore, and having completed your summer fun...

It is STILL a looooooooong two weeks until the festivities at Shawnee Community College...the kick-off to another exciting chapter of "As the District Churns".

What to do???

You have dutifully read all of "Ron's Rants"...

You have read EVERYTHING on the CAT website...including the new Contract, the CAT Bylaws, the "History of the CAT", the "History of Cairo", the "City of Cairo" page, even checking out the "Stupid Animal Tricks".

And yet...you hunger...you thirst for more.

Woe is you...how can you possibly keep from going stir crazy in these final 14 days!!!

Hence the title of this missive...

Agendas, minutes, supporting materials...covering the full life of the Cairo FOP! Riveting...

It don't get any better than this!

So...

Visit the bathroom, head to the kitchen and gather a goodly supply of milk and cookies for sustenance, turn off your phones, and settle in for a good read.

Another adage proven true..."Time flies when you're having fun!"
