Regular BOE Meeting...Minutes. (In the beginning...)
Oh, What A Night.... (Don't know what disappointed me the most. The insanity of the $1,000 a day for a violin teacher, or my mistake in thinking the concrete barriers on Commercial meant that the City of Cairo was going to finally clean up the downtown blight. It turns out that the barriers were an increased attempt to keep cars and pedestrians away from the falling buildings. Oh, well...it was a thought!)

Hey, Hey, Paula. (Wonder if Paula has agreed to work for "chump change" or if she still expects to pull down a $1,000 a day? It's will be a matter of public record...we WILL find out!)

I'd like to help out, but just last week, I made a sizable donation to the "Project Archangel Julie: School Feeding Program, PCEA Muniu Primary School, Maai Mahiu, Kenya". If I had it to do over again...I'd still choose food for children over violins...every time. (Speaking of "Archangels"... I've been trying to "be good"...so that when my time comes, St. Peter will say "Ron Newell, come on down, uh, up!" So, just to make sure, I looked it up in the Bible...the admonitions to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, etc. Not one word about violins...)

And, I don't want to hear any lame excuses...like the tough economy, the high price of food and gas, increased health insurance premiums...blah, blah, blah...wah, wah, wah!
