CAT Tracks for November 9, 2010 A COUPLE OF "FOLLOW-UPS"

After sleeping on it...

The "negotiations preparation" that is the subject of tonight's Special BOE Meeting...might be for Superintendent...his "reminder" to the BOE at the end of their last meeting that his 3-year contract would expire after this year...automatically renew if the BOE did not do something by such-and-such a date. Prep for us lil ol' CATs just didn't make sense...too early, plus they don't think of us...care about us that much.

The other thing...

My "late mailing" of yesterday...the IEA political recommendations for last week's elections...must have actually been "just me". I have it on good authority from a fellow Cairo CAT that she did NOT get such a mailing yesterday. I did NOT discuss whether she received it earlier...I ass-u-me that she did...in plenty of time for the election...and this time the assumption is probably right. Ms. CAT wondered whether the culprit was the United States Postal Service or the IEA...leaning (as a good CAT would, toward support of her evil teachers' union)...affixing probable blame on the USPS. Actually, BOTH suggestions surprised me...

I figured it was the work of the Devil!
