CAT Tracks for November 24, 2011 CAT: LET'S PAINT THAT WALL!

The Cairo Association of Teachers (CAT) has stepped forward to support the Cairo Levee River Wall Mural Project.

Cairo Elementary Teacher Janet Rose (who provided the leadership for the recently completed USS Cairo Mural at the corner of 34th and Sycamore) recently issued an appeal to her colleagues and CAT members responded with donations totaling $1,100.

Hopefully this generosity will inspire other organizations and individuals to follow in CAT's tracks...

...support Cairo's students in their effort to renew hope for the future by celebrating the historic past.
