A sheltered former altar boy (ME!)...

...lays eyes on the devil with the blue dress on (JULIE!)

(Have to say I liked the gold one even more...HOT. Maybe in the current context: "Hotter than Hell!")

So...

Not long after my faith was rocked from the top (at least in the eternal time scheme), a funny thing happened in the trenches...at church. Actually, it was far from "Ha, ha."

As my eyes strayed and my heart followed, I began seeing that which had previously gone unnoticed...the treatment afforded darker members of the congregation by their fellow worshipers.

Amazing grace...

...I was blind, but now I see/saw.

There you have it...

...those who lament my liberal views!

I was raised "right", but then I "left"...and never looked back.

The devil made do it...
