CAT Tracks for July 18, 2011
CRIMEUS INTERRUPTUS |
I swear on the CAT Bible (aka Collective Bargaining Agreement)...
...it was NOT I!
Dust that sucker for fingerprints (pawprints?)
Yes...I hereby volunteer to take a lie detector test.
Bears repeating...
Twas not I!
However...
I will admit to a certain complicity if not actual responsibility.
I cannot deny that my actions brought focus to bear...
...as you saw it first, right here in the June 21st edition of CAT Tracks!
Driving south on Holbrook Avenue this afternoon...on the way to visit my mother. Glanced at the sign that will forever live in infamy in Cairo School District Number One...
WHOA, Nelly!
Screeched to a halt and whipped out my trusty smart (assed) phone and snapped away...
Yes, the sign now hangs by one lonely screw...halfway to becoming somebody's illicit personal memento.
Only the perp knows if s/he was almost caught in the act or whether the final screw was rusted or bent, preventing the successful completion of the act.
Stay tuned...
