If you are not really, really into spreadsheets...some advice:

• Look at the "notes" at the bottom of Page 1...the "Reasons" for the decline in Revenue and Expense for this coming school year (FY12).

• Page 4...compare the top line (Cash Balance on Hand on July 1, 2011) with the bottom line (Anticipated Cash Balance on Hand on June 30, 2012)...the real "BEFORE" picture and the best guess "AFTER" picture (usually a conservative, worst-case scenario.)
