Progress on the 10th and Commercial building shown yesterday...a lot half-empty, half-full situation:

As for as the "Bass Building" shown yesterday, standing next to the second crane...DOWN!

I know that many morn the passing of these buildings...are saddened by their razing.
My more up-beat outlook?
...is due to the fact that these buildings "passed" 20, 30 years ago. Their memory is best served by their removal.
